One of our black and white Paint Mares 
Misty is a three year old mare that we purchased in New York State a few weeks ago.(thank you Jennifer), She is settling in nicely. She is very quiet and simply melts into your hand when you start scratching behind her ears. Misty has been tested by the shelterwood labs for the tobiano gene. Although not Homozygous, she carries the BB and is FS in the Gc system. So with a little selective breeding we hope to see a few black and white foals in the next few years.
